These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "You") and 8bd ("We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your use of the 8bd website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, promotions, and all associated services. • You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). 8bd operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling and will terminate any account found to be in breach of this requirement.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of third parties.
• You must be a resident of or be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of account registration and during normal use of the platform.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.

8bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of your registration or account activity. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 8bd platform. Creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update your profile if any details change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share login credentials with any third party.
• Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your legal responsibility. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• 8bd may ask you to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time. Full cooperation is required; refusal may lead to account restriction.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including your phone number and email address — accurate and up to date at all times.

8bd reserves the right to close or suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms. Any funds associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation.

8bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods that are convenient for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

• Deposits are credited to your 8bd wallet only after successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 8bd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the payments page, subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts or mobile wallets that are registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 8bd reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal above ৳20,000 or any amount that triggers our internal risk controls.

8bd does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may levy their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any charges imposed by their own bank or mobile money service.

• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and may lead to permanent account closure.

• Players may set voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, or session time limits at any time via their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be reduced for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Players who feel they need a break from gambling may activate a temporary time-out ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, or may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the elected period.
• Players aged 21 and above are the only individuals permitted to use this platform. We take this obligation seriously and support any user who believes gambling is becoming problematic by directing them to professional support services.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8bd platform. Any player found to be engaged in such conduct will have their account immediately suspended and all funds reviewed. 8bd cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving serious misconduct.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the platform to conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share strategies to exploit house edge, or engage in any form of match-fixing related to sports betting markets.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 8bd's support team.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or payment processing glitches for personal financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.

All content appearing on the 8bd platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, software code, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8bd or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any such content is strictly prohibited.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8bd platform solely for personal and recreational purposes. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, resale, or systematic data extraction from the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8bd, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, business interruption, or any other financial or non-financial harm. 8bd makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability is not permitted, 8bd's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law. Nothing in these Terms limits 8bd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8bd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify active players via the email address registered to their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the 8bd website.

Your continued use of the 8bd platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should immediately cease using the platform and contact our support team to arrange closure of your account.
